Karl-Marx-Straße 73 is a country house in Potsdam, Germany, designed in the Heimatstil (homeland style) by architect Emanuel Heimann and completed in 1912. Located in the Babelsberg district, the villa exemplifies the early twentieth-century German architectural movement that drew on regional vernacular traditions. Today it is recognized as an architectural heritage monument in Brandenburg.
