Keshavarz Boulevard is a central east-west boulevard in District 6 of Tehran, Iran, running about 2.2 kilometres from Valiasr Street and Valiasr Square to the Imam Khomeini Hospital Complex. Built in 1957 in the Pahlavi architectural style, it is classed as Iranian National Heritage. During the Pahlavi era it was called Elizabeth Boulevard, after Queen Elizabeth II's visit to Iran. After the 1979 Revolution it took its present name, meaning "farmer," because the Ministry of Agriculture building stood nearby. Laleh Park, one of Tehran's largest parks, borders it.
