The Khedive's Palace, also called Çubuklu Palace, stands on a hilltop above the Çubuklu neighborhood of Beykoz, on the Asian side of the Bosphorus in Istanbul. Completed in 1907 for Khedive Abbas II of Egypt and Sudan, the three-storey Art Nouveau building draws on Italian Renaissance villas and neo-classical Ottoman elements. Its high square tower is visible from the opposite shore.
