The Kirby Building, historically known as the Busch Building, is a 17-story skyscraper in the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas. Beer magnate Adolphus Busch completed it in 1913 to accompany his nearby Hotel Adolphus. After falling vacant during the 1980s downturn, it became the first high-rise in the city converted from offices to apartments. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
