Kópavogskirkja is a modernist concrete church on Borgarholt hill at the top of Kársnes in Kópavogur, Iceland, with views over Kópavogur, Reykjavík and the surrounding area. Work began in 1958 and the church opened on 16 December 1963. Designed by Hörður Bjarnason, it takes the form of two wide intersecting arches, a profile that also appears in the Kópavogur town seal.
