Krk Cathedral, dedicated to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, stands beneath the town hill in the town of Krk on the northern Adriatic island of Krk, Croatia. It is the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Krk and a three-nave early Christian basilica with a present Romanesque design from the 11th and 12th centuries. Excavations between 1956 and 1963 uncovered ruins of a 1st-century Roman thermae beneath its site.
