La Lanera Valenciana, constructed in Valencia in 1921, is a hybrid structure designed by architect Alfonso Garín Ortolá that combines hotel and factory functions within a Valencian Art Nouveau aesthetic. The building reflects the region's architectural traditions while engaging with the decorative and structural innovations of the early twentieth-century Art Nouveau movement. Recognized as a Property of Local Relevance, La Lanera Valenciana represents an important example of how industrial and hospitality programs were integrated into sophisticated architectural design during the early twentieth century in Spain.
