The Legacy at Millennium Park is a 72-story residential skyscraper on S. Wabash Avenue near E. Monroe Street in Chicago, Illinois. Designed by Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz, it contains 360 luxury condominium units above a mixed-use podium that holds classroom space for the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Its narrow design is intended to give every residence views of Lake Michigan and Millennium Park, and the building preserves the historic facades of the Jewelers Row district along Wabash Avenue.
