Located in the Berlin district of Alt-Hohenschönhausen, the Lemke House is a single-family residence designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in Bauhaus style and completed in 1933. The last house Mies designed in Germany before emigrating to the United States in 1938, it stands as a significant example of the architect's residential work during the Weimar era. Now preserved as a historic house museum and recognized as an architectural heritage monument, the building reflects the modernist principles that defined Mies van der Rohe's practice.
