The Lesinger Block, also known as Little Bohemia, is a two-story brick commercial building in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, constructed in 1883 in the Italianate style by Vaclav Lesinger, a tailor and immigrant from Kozlov, Bohemia. It housed his tailor shop and a dry goods store, and since 1907 it has held a tavern that served as a social center for the local Bohemian community. It retains much of its original wood ornamentation, including a sawtooth frieze, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
