The Longstreet Theatre is a historic Greek Revival building on the University of South Carolina campus in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed in 1855 as College Hall, it was meant to serve as a chapel, lecture hall, and auditorium, but severe acoustic problems prevented it from doing so. It later served as a military hospital and morgue, a United States Army arsenal and armory, a science facility, a gymnasium, and a natatorium. Converted into a 312-seat arena theatre in the 1970s, it opened in 1977 and remains a venue for the university's Department of Theatre and Dance.
