The Lyceum Theatre is a Broadway house at 149 West 45th Street in Midtown Manhattan, designed by Herts & Tallant in the Beaux-Arts style for impresario Daniel Frohman. Opened in 1903, it is one of the oldest surviving Broadway venues and the oldest continuously operating legitimate theater in New York City. Its facade, lobby, and auditorium are New York City landmarks, and it retains most of its original design, including an undulating glass-and-metal marquee.
