The Maastoren ("Meuse Tower") is a 164.8-metre skyscraper on the bank of the Nieuwe Maas in the Kop van Zuid district of Rotterdam, Netherlands. Designed by Benoit Cornette, Dam & Partners Architecten and Odile Decq, it was built between 2006 and 2009 and is the second tallest building in the country. It has 44 above-ground floors and houses offices, including the Dutch headquarters of Deloitte.
