The Madison Parish Courthouse stands at 100 North Cedar Street in downtown Tallulah, Louisiana. Completed in 1939, it is a two-story stucco-over-masonry Colonial Revival building with a hip roof, an Ionic portico, and a two-stage English Baroque-style cupola. J.W. Smith & Associates designed it, and M.T. Reed Construction Co. built it. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
