Madison Seminary is a historic building in Madison, Ohio, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and combining Greek Revival and Romanesque Revival architecture. It has served as a school, a hospital, and housing for the families of those killed in the American Civil War, and it is now privately owned. The building is also known as one of the most supposedly haunted places in Ohio.
