Villa Mariënhof is a historic mansion set along the Bredaseweg in Tilburg, Netherlands, built between 1916 and 1918 as a residence for a factory owner's family. Designed by architect Johan Wilhelm Hanrath, the villa exemplifies rationalist principles tempered by the Traditionalist School aesthetic. The estate comprises not only the house itself but also a teahouse and gardens, all designated as rijksmonumenten. In 1986, the property passed to Staatsbosbeheer, the Dutch state forestry service, which initially operated it as an office before later renting it out.
