The Marion County Courthouse stands on Courthouse Square in Yellville, the county seat of Marion County, Arkansas. Built in 1943–44 after fire heavily damaged the 1906 courthouse, it is a two-story Art Deco building of stone and concrete on a raised basement. Its south face has a Romanesque round-arched entry and hexagonal turrets that survive from the earlier courthouse, designed by George E. McDonald. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
