Matadero Madrid is a neo-Mudéjar architectural ensemble in Madrid's Arganzuela district, originally built as the El Matadero y Mercado Municipal de Ganados (Municipal Slaughterhouse and Cattle Market). The former industrial complex has been transformed into a contemporary arts centre and creative residency, preserving its distinctive historical structures while adapting them for cultural programming.
