Mayfield, also known as the William Wilson House, is a historic home near Middletown in New Castle County, Delaware. Built about 1839, it is a 2½-story, five-bay brick dwelling with a center hall plan and a two-story rear service wing. Its vernacular Greek Revival style is expressed in a steeply pitched gable roof with dormers and a tetrastyle porch on brick footings. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
