Mesuriyama Kofun is an early Kofun period burial mound located in the Takada neighborhood of Sakurai, Nara Prefecture, in Japan's Kansai region. Built around 400 CE, the tumulus exemplifies the zenpō-kōen-fun form—a distinctive keyhole-shaped design characteristic of the era. Designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1980, it stands as an important archaeological monument from Japan's ancient burial mound period.
