The Metropolitan Life North Building, now known as Eleven Madison, is a 30-story Art Deco skyscraper beside Madison Square Park at 11–25 Madison Avenue in Manhattan's Flatiron District. Designed by D. Everett Waid and Harvey Wiley Corbett, it was built in three stages from 1929 through 1950 on the site of the second Madison Square Presbyterian Church. It was originally planned to reach 100 stories, but was never completed to that scale.
