Millennium Tower is a 58-story condominium skyscraper, about 197 metres tall, in the South of Market district of downtown San Francisco. Handel Architects designed its blue-gray glass late-modernist facade, and it opened to residents on April 23, 2009, as part of the 301 Mission Street complex alongside a smaller 12-story tower. In May 2016, residents were told the main tower was sinking and tilting, which led to several lawsuits over repair costs.
