The National Museum of Science and Industry of Catalonia (mNACTEC) is one of the three national museums of Catalonia, located in Terrassa, near Barcelona. Its Art Nouveau building, dating from 1984, was designed by Lluís Muncunill i Parellada. The museum showcases the scientific, technical and industrial culture of Catalonia, with particular attention to the social implications of these advances, and is an anchor point on the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
