Tehran County, Iran

Exterior only
Visible from the street; the inside is private.
Located in Tehran County, this Qajar-era mansion belonged to Hassan Pirnia, a prominent politician of the period. The building gained historical significance when Mirza Nasrullah Khan, Pirnia's father, drafted the Persian Constitution within its walls in 1906—a pivotal moment in Iran's constitutional development. Constructed from lime mortar, plaster, brick, stone, and wood in the characteristic Qajar architectural style, the mansion has served as a cultural landmark and filming location for notable Iranian films including *Hezar Dastan* and *Chess of the Wind*. Designated as an Iranian National Heritage site in 1997, it remains an important example of domestic architecture from the Qajar period.
