Mystetskyi Arsenal, formally the Mystetskyi Arsenal National Art and Culture Museum Complex, is Ukraine's flagship public cultural institution, located at 10–12 Lavrska Street in Kyiv. Its historic venue offers 60,000 square metres of exhibition space, one of the largest in Europe. The complex drew 173,550 visitors in 2018 and hosts Ukraine's biggest annual book fair. It is legally under the control of the State Management of Affairs.
