The Nathan G. Moore House, also called the Moore-Dugal Residence, is a single-family home at 333 Forest Avenue in Oak Park, a Chicago suburb in Illinois. Frank Lloyd Wright designed it in 1895 in the Tudor Revival style at the client's request, and he later disliked its historical character. After a 1922 fire, Wright rebuilt the structure above the first floor with heavy Sullivanesque, Mayan, and other exotic ornament, and that second scheme remains largely intact. It is a contributing property on the National Register of Historic Places.
