The Nauchnye Rabotniki Cooperative Apartment Building, completed in 1934 in Moscow's Khamovniki District, is a Constructivist residential structure designed by Andrey Nikolayevich Kornoukhov. Built as a cooperative housing complex, the building exemplifies the austere geometric principles and functional design philosophy of Soviet Constructivism during the 1930s. Recognized as a historically valuable town-forming object, it remains a significant example of early Soviet modernist architecture and residential planning from the interwar period.
