The Neuve-Chapelle Indian Memorial is a World War I cenotaph located on the outskirts of Neuve-Chapelle in Pas-de-Calais, France, designed by Arthur Hutton and Herbert Baker. Maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and designated a World Heritage Site, the memorial commemorates approximately 4,742 Indian soldiers, including those from Nepal, who fell in battle while serving with the British Indian Army and have no known grave. The site was chosen because of Indian troops' participation in the Battle of Neuve-Chapelle.
