Built in 1912 by contractor I. A. Underwood from designs by architect Frederic DeLongchamps, the Nevada–California–Oregon Railway Passenger Station in Lakeview, Oregon, exemplifies Mission Revival architecture. Serving as the northern terminus of the Nevada–California–Oregon Railway, the depot was acquired and operated by Southern Pacific Railroad from 1928 until its closure in 1975. The building subsequently found new purpose as a law office and later a private residence beginning in 1978. Recognized for its significance to local history, the station was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
