Sycamore Valley Ranch, formerly Neverland Ranch, is a developed property in Santa Barbara County, California, on the edge of Los Padres National Forest. Michael Jackson bought it in 1988 and renamed it after the island in Peter Pan, adding an amusement park, a petting zoo, and a train station with a large floral clock. He owned it until his death in 2009. Its architectural style is Gothic, with construction dating from 1982.
