New Brighton Lighthouse, also known as Perch Rock Lighthouse, stands on an outcrop off New Brighton on the Wirral, at the confluence of the River Mersey and Liverpool Bay. Built in 1830 of stone and rising 28.5 metres, it is a Grade II* listed building and is now decommissioned. Alongside the neighbouring Napoleonic-era Fort Perch Rock, it is one of the Wirral's best-known landmarks.
