The New Student House, completed in 1910 in central Helsinki at Mannerheimintie 5, was designed by architects Armas Lindgren and Wivi Lönn in the Art Nouveau style. Originally called Osakuntatalo ("the House of the Nations"), it stands adjacent to the Old Student House and serves as the current student house of the Student Union of the University of Helsinki. The building houses the student union's central office, the Ylioppilaslehti office, and premises for five of the university's student nations, alongside leased commercial space. From 1924 to 1968, it contained the Hotel Hansa. Both the building and its interior are protected by city plan designation.
