The Newton County Courthouse stands on Courthouse Square in the center of Jasper, the county seat of Newton County, Arkansas. Built in 1939 with Works Progress Administration funding, this two-story concrete and limestone building has restrained Art Deco styling and an H-shaped plan, with its central entrance beneath a panel inscribed "Newton County." It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
