The Nexen Building, at 801 Seventh Avenue S.W. in downtown Calgary, Alberta, is a 37-storey late-modernist office skyscraper completed in 1982. It was designed by CPV Group Architects and Engineers Ltd and built by CANA Construction Company Limited. Unusually for the city's core, it stands diagonally rather than following the traditional north–south or east–west street grid.
