The Nexus Momochi Residential Tower is a high-rise apartment building completed in 1996 in the Momochi-hama district of Fukuoka City, Japan. Designed by architect Michael Graves in collaboration with the Maeda Corporation, the tower exemplifies postmodern architectural principles and is constructed of reinforced concrete. Rising above the waterfront development of Momochi-hama, the building represents a distinctive approach to residential design that emerged during Japan's economic boom of the 1990s.
