Nidingen is a Swedish skerry in the Kattegat, in Onsala parish of Kungsbacka Municipality, Halland. Surrounded by reefs that have long endangered shipping, it has a lighthouse station whose three lighthouses, one still active, are protected as heritage buildings. The island is also a nature reserve with a birding station and hostel, known for large populations of many bird species.
