Nikiyama Kofun is a zenpō-kōen-fun, a keyhole-shaped burial mound, located in Japan. This type of kofun—ancient tumuli constructed as monumental tombs—represents one of the distinctive architectural forms of Japan's prehistoric and protohistoric periods, characterized by its distinctive front rectangular section and rear circular section that together resemble a keyhole when viewed from above.
