No 1 Poultry

No 1 Poultry is a postmodern office and retail building at the apex where Poultry and Queen Victoria Street meet Mansion House Street in the City of London. Designed by James Stirling and completed after his death, it replaced the neo-Gothic Mappin & Webb building. Its alternating bands of rose-pink and muted yellow stone distinguish it, and it was listed at Grade II*, at the time the youngest building in England to receive that grade.
