The Nodaway County Courthouse stands in Maryville, Missouri, a two-story High Victorian Italianate brick building designed by the firm Eckel & Mann. Construction began in 1882, and the building was ready for occupancy in spring 1883. It is distinguished by a tower, a recessed portico, ornamental stonework, and a truncated hipped roof with a massive cornice. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
