The Basilica of Our Lady of Montreal, also called Notre-Dame Basilica, is a minor basilica of the Catholic Church in Old Montreal, Quebec, at 110 Notre-Dame Street West beside the Saint-Sulpice Seminary. Designed by James O'Donnell in Gothic Revival style and built of limestone, it stands 60 metres tall. Its interior, with deep blue vaults and golden stars, is regarded as a masterpiece of the style, and its stained glass depicts scenes from Montreal's religious history rather than biblical stories.
