Notre-Dame-des-Victoires is a minor basilica on rue Notre-Dame-des-Victoires in Paris's 2nd arrondissement. Begun as an abbey church and constructed between 1629 and 1740, it was named by Louis XIII for his 1628 victory over the Protestants at La Rochelle. It is famous for its ex voto offerings, including over 37,000 devotional plaques and silver and gold hearts left by the faithful.
