The Óbuda Synagogue stands in Óbuda, in Budapest's III district, Hungary. Completed in 1821 in the Greek Revival style, it was built for an Orthodox congregation founded in the 1730s. The congregation moved to Neolog practice in 1831 and has followed the Orthodox Chabad movement since 2010, the year the building was returned to it after wartime seizure by the Hungarian government.
