Old Saint Peter's Church (Église Saint-Pierre le Vieux) stands in Strasbourg, France, a Gothic building first mentioned in 1130 and listed as a monument historique. It is a simultaneum shared by Catholic and Lutheran congregations since the city adopted the Reformation in 1529. In 1683, Louis XIV ordered a wall built by the rood screen to confine Protestant services to the nave, and a door was not opened in that wall until 2012.
