The Old West Salem City Hall is an Art Deco building in Salem, Oregon, United States. Built in 1935 with Works Progress Administration funds, it served as the city hall of West Salem until the city merged with Salem in 1949. It later housed other Salem government functions and, from 1957 until 1987, the West Salem Branch of the Salem Public Library, which left because of the building's deterioration. The building was then restored for private offices and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
