Oulu City Hall, in the Pokkinen district of central Oulu, Finland, is the seat of the city's municipal government. Swedish architect Johan Erik Stenberg designed it in neo-Renaissance style in 1885 as the restaurant and hotel Seurahuone. Architect Oiva Kallio added a third floor and other major changes in 1920, after which the city council began meeting there.
