Our Lady of Victory Church, also called the War Memorial Church, is a Catholic parish church at 60 William Street, on the northeast corner of Pine Street in Manhattan's Financial District. Cardinal Francis Spellman established it in 1944, during World War II, as a thanksgiving for victory. Designed by Eggers & Higgins in the Georgian style, it holds a Soldier's Shrine in its lower chapel and today serves mainly daytime worshippers.
