Pacific Century Place Marunouchi is a skyscraper completed in 2001 in the Marunouchi district of Tokyo's Chiyoda ward. Developed by Pacific Century Group following a 1997 land tender by Japan Railway Settlement Corporation, the building was designed by Nikken Sekkei with construction led by Takenaka Corporation and Kajima Corporation. It houses the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi and serves as headquarters for Aeroméxico's Japan operations. In 2014, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC acquired a substantial stake in the property for $1.7 billion, excluding the hotel and certain other components.
