The Palau del Parlament de Catalunya is the seat of the Parliament of Catalonia in Barcelona. Built between 1717 and 1727 as the arsenal of the Ciutadella to designs by Jorge Próspero de Verboom, it was later used as a barracks, a royal palace and an art museum. It hosted Parliament from 1932 to 1939 and was renovated after the body was re-established in 1980, when it once again became the seat of Parliament.
