The Palazzo dei Priori is a Gothic city palace and town hall in the central Piazza IV Novembre in Perugia, Umbria, Italy. It extends along Corso Vannucci up to Via Boncambi and is among Italy's finest surviving public palaces from the communal era. Named for the Priori, the highest political authority governing the city in medieval times, it still houses part of the municipality and, on its third floor, the Galleria Nazionale dell'Umbria.
