Panagia Episkopi is a middle-Byzantine Greek Orthodox former cathedral, now a church, on the island of Santorini (Thira) in the Cyclades, Greece. According to an inscription, now almost entirely destroyed, Emperor Alexios I Komnenos commissioned it at the end of the 11th century, replacing an earlier three-aisled early Byzantine basilica. It served as the seat of the Orthodox diocese of Santorini until 1207 and again from 1537 to 1827.
